The SCULPT Make Up Artistry Diploma is for anyone who wishes to become a professional make up artist and develop their creative make up skills in a way that enhances their professional profile. This is an opportunity to learn make up and advance to a professional level within the bridal, beauty, photographic, fashion, tv, film and media industries. As well as learning about the practical side of this professional industry through practical skills demonstration, we cover how to deal with clients, customers and others you meet in the industry. We will provide you with the confidence and skills to offer lessons to clients.
This programme develops the research, creative and innovative skills to produce top professional makeup artists who are work ready and have gained practical knowledge on how to achieve their goals through creative projects and skilled presentation.
As the industry increasingly looks for multi-talented artists, you will also cover fashion hair styling, braiding and blowdrying. We have an added essential element in business and hair that you will not find in other colleges, this is key to ensuring that candidates leave us will all tools to make themselves employable immediately. The business of make up module is a no nonsense element, designed specifically for make up artists who wish to marry the freelance and creative make up artistry skills with entrepreneurship. Showing simple but effective ways to ensure theirs is a business that succeeds by showing you how to market and promote yourself online. We have even included key steps to setting up a business.

Part Time; March 11th 2020, 1 Evening per week, Wednesdayday, 6.30pm-9.30pm & 1 Sunday every 6 Weeks, 10am - 4pm *€40 per week for this option*

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS COURSE?
All make up product is provided. Brushes can be provided, but students are asked to bring their working brush provided by Sculpt for use.
Students require lashes and glue for their own use.
HOW MUCH IS THIS COURSE?
€3199, this includes, professional brush set, tuition, notes, portfolio images, uniform, additional make up is provided by Sculpt Cosmetics
Additional costs - Exam and registration fees are €159 and due by week 8 of your course. Lashes & Glue.
Payment plans are available for candidates who wish to pay over the duration of the course, which are €40 per week after your deposit.

Our course interviews are relaxed, but are mandatory and it allows us to choose the best candidates for our courses.

FAQS to Sculpt Academy
How do I apply to the Sculpt full time course? You will need to contact is on 0749890199 or email us to apply, you will need to complete an interview for our course. The purpose of the interview is to ensure we are placing you in the correct course and you are the type of student we train at Sculpt. Our interviews are relaxed, a means for us to explain course and training to you. We do this to ensure you understand the work that is involved with this course and what it takes to be a successful make up artist.
Will I have to bring a model each day? Students do not require a model daily, we actually work on each other during class time. Students are required to have models for exams, assessments and photoshoots. We explain to you during the course what is expected of photoshoots.
Are there any hidden costs? Your VTCT Examination fee is €159 and must be paid by week 8, prior to registration with VTCT. We will suggest professional tools or products they use or have picked up throughout their careers, however this at the discression of you if you wish to purchase. We pride ourselves on providing you with great training at a reasonable price we are the only college in the country offering this standard of training at this price for you. You are also automatically qualified for our pro Sculpt student discount.
Are my images from my photoshoot free with my training? All images from photoshoots are included in you course fee, and each student receives them via email directly from the photographer. Please note that only students who have paid course fees and have their payment plan up to date will receive their images.
What is the ages suitable for training with Sculpt Academy? The minimum age to do this course is 16 years of age. There is no age limit and we of welcome students in their 50s. We feel that a variety of ages, skin and experience adds to the learning, classroom and teaching experience.
What is the assessment process for the exams in Sculpt? As this course is internationally accreditted by VTCT,we follow VTCTs guidelines strictly. There will be a mixture of practical and theory exams throughout the year and we will assess you on the various units. We support you in assessments and ensure you are ready for them before you complete any. VTCT will send their own examiners into us and all learners must been seen in our to be assessed. Dates for this will be released while you are with us.
Payment plans and deposits. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Payment plans must be adhered to other wise you will lose your course place. Your full course fee will be collected regardless if you complete your full course or not.
